Domify tackles the complex world of compliance and regulations in financial services, starting with wealth management. We leverage public and private data sources, proprietary workflows and compliance manuals, and the latest in Gen AI advancements to bring the power of AI to legal, compliance and regulatory oversight.
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help us build and productionalize our platform as we go to market. This is your chance to join a rocketship and build a new-to-market platform that will be deployed in a unique AI-first manner to enterprise clients
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain back-end systems to power applications and data workflows.
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to process and transform large datasets.
- Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
- Contribute to DevOps and MLOps practices, supporting infrastructure and automation for data and machine learning workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Solve performance bottlenecks and ensure application reliability and scalability.
- 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in back-end programming languages such as Python or Java .
- Experience developing front end using React or Nodejs . Experience in relational database- PostgreSQL .
- Familiarity with Rest API and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with data engineering , ETL pipelines , and data transformations (e.g., Airflow, Spark, or similar).
- Knowledge of CI / CD tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build scalable and secure applications.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
What We’re Looking For
Location : NYC in-office
The successful candidate will work from Domify's mid-town office NYC 4 days a week. Telecommuting, short NYC stays or relocation are not in consideration at this time.
Salary
Up to $150,000 plus substantial equity, based on experience.
