Operations Specialist
A brokerage operations specialist supports internal and external customers to ensure operational excellence. Their responsibilities include :
- New account data processing
- Account transfers
- General service requests for money movements, account updates, reorganization instructions
- Preferred licenses series 7, 63, 99
- In depth understanding of brokerage clearing firm back office processes
- Ability to manage digital document processing and archiving
- Ability to work with a team in a high growth environment
- You can identify red flag behavior in customer accounts and escalate accordingly
- Disseminating margin calls
- Check processing
- Strong computer skills with the ability to grasp technology and train others on the effective use of firm and custodian systems
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
