We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient administrative support.
- Oversee financial processes including balance sheet reconciliation, account reconciliation, and budgeting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Handle accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Perform double entry bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of debits and credits.
- Utilize Square and Quickbooks for managing financial transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to support company objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Provide support for corporate accounting functions as needed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, corporate accounting, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
- Proficient in double entry bookkeeping practices and financial report writing.
- Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is essential.
- Experience with accounts payable processes and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
