Schillace Insurance Agency (Dominic Schillace State Farm) is seeking an outgoing, competitive and money-motivated person to aide our team in the growth of new customers. As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, dedication to hitting targets, helping customers, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Establish customer relationships and follow up with prospects and customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options (home, auto, business, life & health).
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
Able to obtain a Life / Health License
Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Goal driven
Team player
