Weekend Requirement : every other weekend F-S-Su. Holiday Requirement : yes. Is there a call or standby requirement : yes. Floating Requirements : yes, first to float. Unit Specific Information Scrub Color / Dress Code : navy blue scrubs. Additional Details Candidate will take a proctored CVICU exam and interview with the manager via Zoom prior to offer. Type of Specialty : CVICU within a mixed medical-surgical unit. beds / rooms : 16 Average of patients / day : 1 cardiac surgery patient, 12 additional general med-surg ICU patients. Common diagnosis / Types of Patients : Mitral / aortic / tricuspid valve replacements, CABG, AAA repair. Experience or 'Must have' skills : Recent & proficiency in immediate post-op cardiac surgery recovery. IABP, CRRT, ECMO preferred but not required.
