Temporary Admissions Administrative Assistant Support
Temporary / Short-term
Responsibilities :
- Communication & Customer Service :
Maintain and manage the Admissions Office's main phone line, answering inquiries and directing calls as needed.
Work with first-year (FR), graduate (Grad), and transfer (Tr) student application files.
Assist with assembling and preparing print materials for prospective student mailings, including brochures, application packets, and other promotional materials.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing materials for office use.

This is a temporary position with flexible hours based on office needs. Availability during regular business hours is required.
