Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for residents, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Concierge is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, visitors and vendors in a friendly, helpful manner.
Duties
- Provides outstanding customer service to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors to the residence.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls and promptly responding to residents' inquiries.
- Address resident complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless experiences throughout their stay.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or concierge role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role.
- A passion for hospitality with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude towards resdients and colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
