Dominion Air & Machinery, Co. is seeking to hire additional skilled Machine Tool Service Technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Specific functions include, but are not limited to:
- Performs startup and repair of Manual & CNC Machine Tools
- Performing service on existing products in machine shops and manufacturing companies.
- Installation of new CNC controls and CNC machine tools.
- Performing scheduled maintenance to keep things running like new.
- Contacting the customer to schedule service calls.
- Completing various reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Prior field service experience performing installations, preventative maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment
- Working knowledge of a variety of CNC control systems and machine types
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical subjects
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong motivation and results-oriented attitude
- Experience or education in a mechanical field
- Maturity and self-reliance
- Good organization skills
- Physically fit: able to lift up to 75 lbs, walk long distances, climb on machines, etc
- Must have a valid driver's license with no significant violations.
Compensation:
The base compensation range for this full-time position is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus benefits. The pay range displayed indicates the minimum and maximum target for a new hire salary for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Monday through Friday work week. Report directly to the worksite (not to office or shop). An occasional overnight stay is a possibility.
