JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

Work within clients homes to assist themselves or their family with defining the goals in the least restrictive environment to foster personal growth.

Develop relationships with family members, become invested in the clients' future and become an advocate for their client

Work with the client's community service providers, teachers, principals, lawyers, probation officers and psychiatrists

Provide crisis intervention services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (child and crisis-level services only)

Track all individualized service plans and paperwork

Manage paperwork and meeting deadlines

Attend staff meetings and communicating with supervisors

Discuss updates, progress and concerns with supervisors on a weekly basis

Coordinate with community service providers

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree with a concentration in psychology, social work, human services, special education or counseling; Masters degree preferred but not required

Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis

Clean driving record

Basic computer and documentation skills

Flexibility
