SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Human Resources Benefits and Engagement Specialist is responsible for the overall administration of benefits and employee engagement. Additionally maintaining the personnel files for all Dominion Care employees and contractors. The Human Resources Benefits and Engagement Specialist with assist employees with general questions, such as benefit enrollment and password resets. They will also enter new hires and maintain company compliance.

PREFERRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Basic knowledge of office procedures required.
Knowledge of Human Resources functions and procedures preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing.
Experience with benefits administration, enrollment and education.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter new employees into HRIS
Maintains companys overall benefits, to include Workers Compensation, FMLA, LOA, and ADA
Maintains company compliance by ensuring all new hire documents are received
Ensure that staff licenses, certifications, insurance, and drivers Licenses are updated and maintained
Create and maintain files for all employees and all required documents are entered in each personnel file
Enters, collects, and analyzes data. Exports and prepare reports on data
Responsible for maintaining the HR inbox
Supports and maintains positive working relationships with all Lines of Care
Provide overall administrative support to the Human Resources team
Plans and conducts regular engagement activities in the form of in person, surveys, and other communications.
Works closely and in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Teams.
Other duties may be required and assigned by the supervisor
