Description
SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE :
Provide person-centered support geared toward lifelong success living in the broader
community within a home and family-oriented environment. This is a 1099 Residential
Provider position.
PREFERED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE :
- Must be 21 years old
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must have a clean driving record, Valid driver's license, proof of vehicle
insurance and updated inspection.
