Position Overview:
As a Clinical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified behavioral health professionals for a variety of clinical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, while also building a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health recruiting and a passion for matching the best talent with the right opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified clinical candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates for clinical roles.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand specific job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to job offer.
- Build and maintain a network of top clinical professionals, fostering long-term relationships.
- Ensure all candidates are compliant with relevant certifications and licenses
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in clinical or healthcare recruiting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
