Position Summary :
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing multiple projects, at multiple locations, to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. This role involves coordinating resources, tracking progress, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives. This position is mostly a field position in the construction audio video industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve project goals by ensuring the scope, objectives, and deliverables are successfully met.
- Effectively inspire, guide, hold accountable, and oversee a team of technicians to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to execute projects flawlessly.
- Delegate tasks effectively to technicians and track their completion using project management software.
- Monitor project costs, ensuring budgets are met.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and ensure timely product ordering and scheduling.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee technician scheduling, training, and compliance with Dominion standards.
- Collaborate with the Project Director and Vice President to address challenges and provide solutions.
Compensation :
This position offers a competitive base salary along with a percentage of the profit from every successfully completed project. The profit share has no limit—the better the job performs, the better your share will be.
