Description
This role is a critical part of the quantitative drug testing analysis performed by Dominion Diagnostics. You will be responsible for collecting urine and blood specimens from female and male patients, entering patient information into the electronic requisition form and packaging and shipping all specimens to the laboratory.
- Hours and locations vary from 9:00am - 8:00pm. This is a float position for Salt Lake City and surrounding cities.
- Schedule will change and is based on territory needs.
Requirements
The Phlebotomist will perform the following duties while delivering superior customer service:
*Collection of urine and blood samples and complete all required paperwork with
patient present
*Take inventory of sampling supplies and ordering as needed
*Maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation
*Follow HIPAA policies
*Must work efficiently with a team of laboratory professionals
