We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

Join a team of high performing analysts responsible for multiple simultaneous projects with critical due dates associated with the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues that impact a customer’s ability to contact Dominion Energy,
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process.
• Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies.
• Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies.
• Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature.
• Provides eBusiness Support to ensure functionality of self-service applications
• Analyze customer behavior to address customer and business needs
• Identify opportunities to enhance technology for business/internal processes, standards, and specifications to create an efficient and effective self-service system
• Resolve technical issues and provide support to agents who report customer issues with self-service channels
• Collaborate with end users, Customer Service, and IT to ensure alignment in both the technical and non-technical sides of the business
• Conduct user acceptance testing for various application and systems prior to deployment
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude used to develop metrics, trend data, and analyze reporting
• Support the business in after-hours rotation and in emergency situations such as storms or other events
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

0-2 years of directly related experience.

• Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
