We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
- Develop, implement and coordinate planning, estimating, and cost controls for projects.
- Develop and maintain cost plan for projects based on approved estimates and schedules.
- Monitor actual project cost and/or work status data to ensure project is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare and analyze monthly budget variance reports for management.
- Implement, evaluate and monitor controls systems.
- Coordinate use of controls equipment and facilities.
- Conduct meetings with contractors and company personnel on cost control matters.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in directly related field
- Basic knowledge of cost controls principles
- Effective verbal/writing/presentation skills
- Basic work and project management skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of decision making and problem solving
- Basic organizational, analytical, and computer skills
- Must be able to work effectively with employees at all levels and external personnel
- Must be able to apply good business judgment
- Must be able to apply analytical abilities to diverse issues
- Demonstrated knowledge to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to verify data and present statistical reports and documentation
