Dominion Financial Wholesale (DFW) is a wholesale mortgage originator for both single family and multi-family real estate. DFW has a robust Non-QM Product offering to serve the growing needs of its mortgage broker customer base.
As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and enhancing our mortgage sales efforts and initiatives with our wholesale mortgage broker clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of our mortgage sales goals with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with good industry knowledge, a strong technology background, and exceptional sales development skills.

In This Role You Will
- Develop and expand wholesale mortgage sales within a designated market, focusing on non-QM products
- Maintain a minimum monthly production of $1,500,000
- Build and transition new and existing wholesale relationships to Dominion Financial Services
- Work directly with broker clients to structure deals, solve problems, and drive successful loan closings
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage non-QM mortgage wholesale sales, with at least 5 years in mortgage industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading mortgage sales efforts and building wholesale partner relationships.
- Thorough understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Experience with Encompass and Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
