- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of borrower records and loan quotes
- Support the transition from loan quoting to intake with efficiency and precision
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain seamless operations in pricing and loan structuring
- Create and manage borrower records and opportunities in CRM systems
- Confirm data completeness and accuracy before progressing loans to the next stage
- Follow defined workflows based on borrower history and system status
- Prepare and send preliminary loan quotes using internal pricing tools and templates
- Analyze loan quotes to ensure they align with investor and product guidelines
- Complete final loan quotes and re-quotes as needed throughout the intake process
- Ensure internal quote packages are properly structured before transitioning to the next stage
- Transition loans from quote status into the intake queue
- Maintain up-to-date loan statuses in internal systems
- Support internal teams with timely and accurate file setup
- Work closely with loan officers, processors, and other LOAs to ensure a smooth handoff from quoting to intake
- Maintain clean and accurate records in CRM and loan origination platforms
- 1–3 years of experience in lending, finance, or operations support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply loan product guidelines
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and process adherence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
