- Oversee and provide strategic direction for the wholesale mortgage account executive team
- Mentor, train, and support AEs to ensure they achieve and exceed their sales goals
- Manage sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and secondary market guidelines
- Drive deal structuring strategies, working closely with underwriting and operations to facilitate seamless loan closings
- Provide guidance to AEs on loan structuring, pricing, and ensuring alignment with product guidelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with other managers throughout the company to ensure a cohesive team and a collaborative approach.
- Collaborate with leadership, including the President of Wholesale and SVP of Wholesale, to establish sales targets and optimize processes
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of mortgage loan origination system and work with other managers to continually improve processes and enhance system efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokerages, attending industry events to increase market presence.
- Represent Dominion at industry conferences and networking events to stay ahead of market trends, build relationships, and expand our wholesale and non-QM mortgage presence
- Leadership experience of 5 years in wholesale mortgage sales at a national level
- 5 or more years of experience in non-QM lending, mortgage pricing, and sales strategy
- Proven ability to scale and lead a national sales team.
