Dominion Realty is looking for a part time leasing consultant to join the winning team at Stafford Pointe Apartments. As a leasing consultant you will:
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process
- Answer phone and respond to phone and email inquiries.
- Conduct weekly out-reach.
- Complete all marketing/advertising activities at the direction of the property manager.
- Assist with resident retention with community events
- Assist Manager with administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Superior customer service skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail
- Previous leasing skills preferred but not necessary for a candidate with retail, sales, or customer service background.
- Must have above average computer knowledge and good communication skills.
Valid Driver’s License and proper auto insurance required-Successful completion of background to be considered for employment.
