About The Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in siding and exterior cladding of multifamily and commercial construction projects. In addition to siding, roofing experience would be a plus. Projects include commercial and multifamily buildings ranging from 3-7 Stories high.
What You Will Do
- Provide leadership from beginning to end of a project.
- Provide Planning, organizing, overseeing, and inspecting the daily activities of production crews.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Conduct weekly coordination and safety meetings with the production crew.
- Generate Daily Reports including: Log of work done, Labor Counts, Work Progress Updates, Quality Issues & Safety Issues, and Material, and Equipment usage.
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of all punch work.
- 3 years of experience in Commercial Construction
- Proficient with commercial fiber cement, lap/vinyl siding, including trims and fastening metal hardware and flashings for vertical wall construction or building envelope
- Experience with metal panel cladding is preferred
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Be a team player and work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Be able to perform job walks and attend client project meetings
- Be able to travel for some out-of-town projects
- Familiarity with the Spanish language is a plus
- Active Driver"s License in good standing
- Monday thru Friday Work Schedule (some occasional weekends)
