If you desire to be an integral part of a leading organization in the construction space, we are looking for a dynamic, relationship-building, results-oriented leader. In this role, the right individual will oversee the construction process on a large project by completing the work on schedule, within the budget, and with the quality of workmanship specified.
About the role :
The ideal candidate will have experience in siding and exterior cladding of multifamily and commercial construction projects. In addition to siding, roofing experience would be a plus. Projects include commercial and multifamily buildings ranging from 3-7 Stories high.
What you will do :
- Provide leadership from beginning to end of a project.
- Provide Planning, organizing, overseeing, and inspecting the daily activities of production crews.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Conduct weekly coordination and safety meetings with the production crew.
- Generate Daily Reports including : Log of work done, Labor Counts, Work Progress Updates, Quality Issues & Safety Issues, and Material, and Equipment usage.
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of all punch work.
