Description:
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Cypress Creek at Joshua Station, a 181-unit apartment community in Joshua, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical property's appearance and overseeing the maintenance staff.
- Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
- Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
- Perform preventative maintenance on property.
- Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably with advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
