Due to new client demand and brand partnerships, we are actively seeking a future-focused, solution-oriented Account Manager Trainee to join our growing firm.

We are looking for a business-savvy Account Manager Trainee to execute sales programs, increase product and service awareness throughout the Los Angeles market, generate a positive brand image for our clientele, and participate in the hiring and onboarding of Sales Agents. The Account Manager Trainee must have interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and an ability to build genuine connections with clients, customers, and fellow colleagues. The Account Manager Trainee is a cross-functional position that will work closely with the Sales and Customer Service team to enhance our client's ROI and expand customer acquisitions into new markets and territories.

Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales programs throughout the assigned territory to drive product awareness, brand recognition, and increase sales performance metrics
  • Communicate directly with new and existing customers on behalf of the client to answer product and service questions, deliver personalized product presentations, and close sales
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to create and distribute positive brand messaging for our client’s products and services
  • Engage with all customers in a polite, empathetic, and courteous manner
  • Engage courteously and empathetically with all customers, addressing queries thoroughly and educating them on our offerings
  • Promote, present, and distribute promotional materials to targeted audiences
  • Analyze new marketing strategies, sales trends, and product/service performance to sustain a competitive advantage in the marketplace
  • Build quality relationships with consumers to increase customer retention and satisfaction ratings
  • Regularly review individual and team sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and file appropriately in accordance with our firm’s confidentiality requirements

Account Manager Trainee Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship or Advertising is highly preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in business, management, client services, sales, or applicable client/customer-facing position is preferred
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully training and coaching others
  • Possess an unrelenting work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Must be able to commute to our office on a daily basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
