We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at Cortland Estates, a 96 unit apartment community in Cortland, IL.
Position Summary :
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property.
Responsibilities :
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goalsBuild strong resident relations and provide excellent customer serviceTrain, direct, motivate, and assist site personnelEstablish positive relationships within the communityBe on-call as scheduled by managementQualifications :
3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferredSection 8, Section 42, and / or Market Rate experience preferredYardi software experience preferredAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Pay : $23- $25 / hour
