We are currently seeking a Part - Time Courtesy Officer t to join our team at Mariposa at Bay Colony, a 180 unit apartment community in Dickinson, TX.
Position Summary
As a Courtesy Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring the community to ensure the security of the community and the safety of the residents.

Position Summary
As a Courtesy Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring the community to ensure the security of the community and the safety of the residents.
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident pages for disturbance, noise complaints, or other non-maintenance emergencies
- Report any safety concerns to the appropriate authorities as well as site management immediately
- Control and monitor access in and out of buildings
- Observe and report anything in need of maintenance
- Report disorderly or suspicious behavior on the property
- Escort trespassers from premises, manage the trespass list, and enforce site specific curfew
- Hold safety meetings with residents when requested by site management
- Off-duty police officer or former police officer strongly preferred
- Ability to live on-site required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends required
- Must be willing to handle confrontations
