POSITION SUMMARY :
The IT Endpoint Administrator is responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing endpoints and client applications throughout the organization. This is primarily accomplished through the use and configuration of Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot. Through creating and enforcing policy, automating software deployments, and providing ITSM services, the Endpoint Administrator works to maintain digital workplace standards and security. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, Windows 10 / 11, and other endpoint management tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Supports the following systems and technologies : Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, Entra ID, Dynamic Groups, Windows Update Services.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to create, configure, and enforce endpoint policies.
- Packages software for automated deployment to endpoints.
- Performs ITSM tasks (Incident / Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, change management, knowledge / documentation) as related to endpoints.
- Responds to and proactively mitigates vulnerabilities / CVEs and malware.
- Conducts hardware and software compatibility / performance testing and makes recommendations based on findings
- Collaborates with other IT teams to ensure end point integration and compatibility with other systems and service.
- Provide technical support and training to technology staff and end-users.
- Manage O365 instance, including update channels, Copilot and feature / quality updates
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
PAY : $70,000-$75,000 / year 5% bonus eligibility
