Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Make customers more efficient with develop customized training programs
- Help in developing strategies to make customers more efficient and increase aftermarket
- Help in developing strategies for service delivery efficiencies
- Lead in developing new training for service personnel and end user
- Participating in pre-sales activities – Customer demonstrations and trade shows.
- Help to develop strategies to improve effectiveness of pre-sales activities.
- Support Domino service team with technical escalations.
- Support Technical Product Management team with development of workflow and applications training of customers
- Help in developing strategies to increase installation efficiencies
- Provide detailed documentation for all site visits including outcomes and action plans
- Document application details from customer visits
- Provide market feedback and customer requirements to Product Management
- Provide reliability data to Service Team
- Manage escalations with N-Series Product related issues and work with Domino Group Technical Managers for resolution
- Work with Domino Group Development team with product validation
- Work with NA Technical Product Managers to support in product validation, product issues, and escalation.

What You Need
Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience and/or training in printing technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Inkjet experience a plus.
- Must understand entire digital print life cycle, including but not limited to: Press Settings, MIS/ERP systems, file prep, VDP, color management/RIP software, output.
- Must understand traditional print processes, especially flexographic.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills encompassing hardware and software.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel; PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when necessary
- Ability to utilize internal tools effectively (Salesforce/ServiceMax, TCO Tool, etc.)
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Strong work ethic and tenacious attitude toward problem-solving.
- Light work. Light work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a small amount of force constantly to move objects. Pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching, gross/fine manipulation, driving, kneeling, crawling, and climbing may be required. Physical demand requirements are more than those for Sedentary Work.
