Key Responsibilities
- Pizza Delivery: As a Delivery Driver, your primary task is delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers within a designated area. You’ll navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service, ensure timely delivery, and assist customers with a positive attitude.
- Equipment Operation: Help operate all store equipment, prepare orders, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Inventory & Cash Handling: Assist with inventory and ensure accurate cash control when processing payments.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies, including safety and cleanliness standards, and ensure a perfect product is delivered to customers.
- Promotions: Help deliver flyers, door hangers, and promotional materials to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
Job Requirements
- Age & License: You must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Reliable Vehicle: You must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle to use for deliveries.
- Navigational Skills: You should be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate through various terrains, including urban streets and residential areas.
- Physical Stamina: Delivery drivers are often on the move, carrying and delivering pizzas. Physical strength is necessary to carry products up to 50 pounds, and you may need to climb stairs while delivering.

- Climbing: Delivery may require navigating stairs, especially in multi-story buildings.
- Reaching & Bending: You will need to bend or squat to handle items and ingredients and may need to reach up high for items on shelves.
Work Environment
- Temperature Exposure: You’ll be exposed to varying temperatures, including coolers at 36°F and hot ovens up to 500°F.
- Weather Conditions: During deliveries, you may encounter adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, or heat.
- Safety: You'll be exposed to hot surfaces, sharp tools, and moving mechanical parts, so safety protocols are essential.
