- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow

- Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and perform daily cash reconciliations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
