Responsibilities
- Manage and carryout all repairs
- Review project plans and specifications to determine necessary materials and labor.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee the installation and repair of HVAC systems, electrical components, and appliances as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining open communication throughout the project.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and timelines.
- communicate with supervisors about urgency of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Contractor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, appliance repair, and equipment repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools for project tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
