About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll, Accounting, and HR Specialist to join the North Star Pizza family. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working half the time remotely while playing a vital role in managing payroll, accounting, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree or 5-6 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of efficiency and accuracy in similar roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Process biweekly payroll through ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- HR Administration: Manage and maintain proper documentation for new hires and existing employees.
- Accounts Receivable: Track and reconcile incoming payments and ensure timely reporting.
- Profit & Loss Reports: Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed P&L reports.
- General Ledger Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- General Accounting Support: Perform additional accounting tasks as required, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR and payroll functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field or 5-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in ADP payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including accounts receivable and general ledger reconciliation.
- Ability to compile and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
