Retail Store Manager Leader

Domino's Pizza - Keokuk (1788) is looking for a highly skilled Retail Store Manager Leader to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 1-2 years of experience in a management or leadership role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Follow company policies and procedures 100% of the time, while also enforcing them among team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
