Job Description

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during their shift. This includes managing staff, controlling inventory and cash handling, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Essential Functions

• Staffing: schedule and train staff as needed
• Inventory control: manage stock levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Cash handling: accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Customer service: provide exceptional service to customers and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
