Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
• Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the restaurant
• Develop and implement effective marketing and promotions strategies to drive sales growth
• Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and make recommendations for disciplinary action as needed

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
