You must have an outgoing personality, be efficient and energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Client Service Representative Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate all equipment and machinery
- Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and workspaces
- Prepare products to meet quality standards
- Process telephone orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone, in person, and in writing
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and maintain facility cleanliness
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and mathematical skills, including the ability to comprehend and provide clear written instructions, process orders quickly and accurately, and make correct change. Additionally, they should be able to lift 40-50 pounds and demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and precise movements.
