Key Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers
- Prepare products to high standards, adhering to quality control procedures
- Receive and process telephone orders, providing excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and colleagues to process orders over the phone and in person
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork accurately
- Clean equipment and facilities, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Essential Functions/Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to lift at least 40-50lbs, ensuring physical demands can be met
