About Us
We are a Domino's franchise in Michigan with four locations. We're looking for a dedicated Operations Administrator for a primarily office-based role to help keep our stores running smoothly by providing administrative support, ensuring compliance, and assisting with key operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer care complaints and support onboarding of new hires.
- Create and analyze reports on store profitability, service trends, and employee progress.
- Manage office supplies, job postings, and equipment orders.
- Assist with hiring processes, meeting agendas, and presentation preparation.
- Monitor and report potential theft using Tiger Reports.
- Track development programs for team members.
- Create and update operational checklists for compliance and consistency.
- Conduct occasional travel to ensure compliance with store standards and CDC guidelines.
- Maintain company vehicles and car toppers.
- Be available to assist with delivery driving in rare emergency situations.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other store locations.
- Experience in administrative roles is preferred.
