JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- All levels of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Answer and process telephone orders.
- Clean equipment and facility daily. TRAINING
- Clean and maintain organization in all work areas.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- We will teach you to make the BEST pizzas!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train store staff to maintain high standards of performance and productivity
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers, and preparing daily cash reports
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing employee attendance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality management role is (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of catering, food production, bartending, banquet, coffee, or hotel industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
