Job Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older.
General responsibilities for all team members include:Operating equipment safely.
Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
Preparing products.
Taking and processing telephone orders.
Managing inventory and completing related paperwork.
Cleaning equipment and facilities regularly.
Communication Skills
Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions.
Capable of communicating effectively with customers and co-workers, processing orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately (calculator may be used).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Good motor coordination to make precise movements quickly with hands/fingers.
Ability to input orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
