We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and delivery options.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Document customer interactions in the system for future reference.
- Perform light administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary (up to 50 pounds).
- Experience with commercial driving or courier services is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and box truck driving is beneficial.
- Forklift certification is a nice-to-have but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- A valid driver’s license is required for delivery-related tasks.
