- Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with field support resources to execute Operational Excellence initiatives.
**Financial Oversight and Review Meetings:**
- Review key financial variables as part of store visit pre-planning to inform decision-making.
- Track and analyze key financial/operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Present financial/operational updates during regular meetings with stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years multi-unit experience in restaurant/retail industry.
