General Managers handle all the aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 to $75,000.00 Yearly

Schedule:

• 40 to 50 hours a week

• 12-hour shift
• 10-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• 6-hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Holiday availability

Experience:

• Leadership Experience: 1 years (Required)
• Restaurant Management 1 Year (Required)
• Holds a Wisconsin Food Handler License or ServSafe Managers Certification (Preferred)

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be able to drive and delivery
• Pass a background check to Domino's Pizza's standards.
• Pass a motor vehicle record check to Domino's Pizza's standards.
• Work all operating hours

Responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to.

• Daily Operations of a Domino's Pizza store.
• Ability to Multi-task and uphold Domino's Pizzas standards in Product, Service, and Image.
• Interviewing and hiring.
• Team Members training and development.
• Corrective actions and disciplinary actions.
• Creating a goal-focused and teamwork environment.
• Manage inventory levels using the company's Provides systems and guidelines to minimize loss.
• Manage Company's assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized.

General job duties for all store team members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
