Job Title: Restaurant Associate/Crew Member
We are currently seeking highly motivated and team-oriented individuals to join our Inside Team at Domino's as Restaurant Associates/Crew Members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process telephone orders from customers in a prompt and professional manner.
- Enter customer orders into our computer system for efficient processing and fulfillment.
- Stock ingredients, supplies, and products to/from storage areas, workstations, and the walk-in cooler to maintain inventory levels and ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare food and beverages, take stock inventories, and complete associated paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by cleaning equipment, facilities, and surrounding areas according to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, handling cashier responsibilities, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the food industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled by management.
