- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Managing employees: Providing direct supervision, training new employees, and ensuring employees follow company and legal regulations
- Managing cash: Handling cash drops, managing deposits, and ensuring cash franchisee management policies are followed
- Resolving problems: Addressing issues that arise during their shift
