What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader (MIT) position at Domino's?
We are growing and in need of motivated, friendly individuals for shift lead positions at our Broadway location. All you need is a great can-do attitude, high energy, and excellent customer rapport! We'll provide the rest. Our expectations of this role include:
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Available within open hours (9am-3am) We eventually will have you opening or closing. Or even being that person who helps the opener or closer.
- Training
Qualifications: One year of experience in the Restaurant Industry preferred
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- 18 or older
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to empower team members

Start off between: $13 then work your way up with training. Our shift leads get paid $14 to $15 depending on training, availability, progress and behavior
