Responsibilities

- Assist the management team in daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards, ensuring that all products meet company guidelines.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and transaction management efficiently.
Skills
- Proven experience in team management within a quick-service or fine dining restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on training development and staff motivation.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Knowledge of banquet operations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with both customers and team members.
