The Position:
Position Title: SAP Convergent Mediation Consultant
Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Middletown, PA
Duration: 24 Month Project
We are seeking an SAP Convergent Mediation Consultant to add to our team assisting the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Information Technology (IT) Department. Project duration will be for a period of 24 months. Work environment will be hybrid, primarily remote off-site with on-site presence as required.
Our SAP CM Consultant will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies, and will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives, while working with other SME consultants from our existing team.
- Complete functional knowledge of end-to-end process.
- Bring CRM master data/cross functional knowledge to the team.
- S4/HANA processes, technical and integration knowledge.
- Knowledge of BAPIs, business events, user-exits in the area of SAP SOM, SAP CC, SAP CI, and SAP FICA.
- Possess a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate technology and achieve business outcomes.
- Define customer requirements and perform gap analysis of standardized processes within the SAP BRIM solution.
- Functional expertise in several BRIM process areas including Subscription Order Management, -Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA and Customer Financial Management and overall application architecture of BRIM.
- Convergent Invoicing experience to include: Consumption Items, Billable Items, Billable Item Class Configuration, billing item selection, aggregation, collective billing and reversal principles, Invoicing Integration with Tax and posting in Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Document all requirements.
- Conduct blueprint workshops.
The Skills and Experience:
- 7 Years: Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)
- 7 Years: Experience in configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and SAP CRM
- Excellent functional customer-facing skills for blueprint
- Recent work experience with US-based customers.
