The Position:
Position Title: ServiceNow (ITOM and ITAM) Developers
Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Middletown, PA
Duration: 24 Month Project
We are seeking ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Developers to add to our team assisting the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Information Technology (IT) Department. Project duration will be for a period of 12 months, with the potential to renew for an additional 12 months. Work environment will be hybrid, primarily remote off-site with on-site presence as required.
The ServiceNow ITOM Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. This includes working on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration. The role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow development practices, scripting, and integration capabilities to deliver solutions that improve visibility, automation, and efficiency of IT operations.
The ServiceNow ITAM Developer will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) application. The role will focus on developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to optimize asset management processes and ensure that our ITAM system runs efficiently and effectively.
The Skills and Experience:
- 10 Years: Experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically within the ITOM or ITAM module accordingly.
- ITOM Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, SAMpro, HAMpro, Event
Management, and Orchestration.
- ITAM Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, SAMpro, HAMpro, ITSM, and related modules.
