Crew Member/Shift Leader

Crew Member/Pizza Maker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and make pizzas to Domino’s standards, ensuring quality.
• Take customer orders in-person, online, and over the phone.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with food prep, including dough stretching, chopping toppings, and restocking.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate and ready on time.
• Process transactions using the cash register and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be available for evening and/or late-night shifts.
• No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and work hard.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude with customers and team members.
• Must follow food safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Must be 16 years or older to apply.

Shift Leaders/Assistant Managers

Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts, ensuring team members work efficiently and customer service is top-notch.
• Prepare pizzas and handle all food prep responsibilities.
• Train and motivate team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, solving problems quickly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or leadership roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
